• There are currently 132 CPSE (Committee on Preschool Special Education) administrators on staff
• The total number of CPSE administrator positions is 146
• The average salary for CPSE administrators is $135,648
• Wallenstein estimated that an additional 40 to 50 CPSE administrator staff would make a significant difference
• CPSE administrator positions do not typically stay vacant for long
• Recruitment for these positions is done through social media blitzes and other outreach efforts

Rita Joseph suggested that the administrators need a raise, implying that the current salary may not be sufficient to attract and retain qualified candidates.
