Good afternoon.
1:01:03
Thank you for the question, council member Williams.
1:01:06
So, you know, when we look at, concerns about tracing, we we do respond to, we receive over a 100000 service requests a year, for tree related issues, so it's a tremendous number.
1:01:18
And, we look at a variety of factors, with an eye to public safety when whenever we perform a tree inspection.
1:01:26
So we look at the likelihood of of a tree or tree part failing and, causing harm to people or property.
1:01:32
And, you know, as you know, we have a rating system that helps us prioritize, the work that may result from those inspections.
1:01:40
So, you know, that's integral to our our process and it's integral in, in determining how we prioritize the work that we do.
