I think in food and beverage, you know, we've seen some growth, and and and some ways of doing business have been challenged.

Inflation has also been a huge challenge for those businesses.

As the cost of ingredients goes up, you know, they have to raise their prices, and customers that are price sensitive, you know, may vote with their feet, or vote with their pockets.

Because the price of a bacon, egg, and cheese, you know, it's not under $5 anymore because the inputs are higher, and insurance costs are higher, and the, you know, the lease may be greater as well.

So I think all of these things combine to make to make this an environment where small business education, connections between small businesses, a robust ecosystem of support for small businesses is increasingly important.

But the pace of change, does require, I think, a city that's also focused on supporting them through those periods of change.
