Today, we are voting on 2 items referred by our zoning subcommittee.

We'll also approve the modification of the OU numbers 208 and 209 for the 2185 Coyle Street rezoning proposal and council member Narcisse's district in Brooklyn.

The proposal includes a zoning map amendment and related zoning tax amendment, which together will facilitate a mixed use residential building in ship Sheepshead Bay with over 400 apartments of which between 20 25% will be permanently affordable.

The The council's modification will reflect the actual height of the proposed building and help it show consistency with recent rezoning in the area.
