The Beacon project offers a diverse mix of affordable housing units, catering to various income levels and family sizes. The design prioritizes family-sized units in response to community requests.
- Units range from studios to three-bedrooms
- Income levels from 30% to 80% AMI
- 51 two-bedroom units and 52 three-bedroom units
- 15% of units set aside for formerly homeless households
- Developed under HPD's Extremely Low and Low Income Affordability (ELLA) program
