Then jumping over to the Multi Service Center Building, the building would be rehabilitated to better serve the existing seven tenants in the building, that are all nonprofit community organizations, and we'll also create new spaces, for, new programming and expanded programming as well as spaces that are available, for short term, community use, including two new, two new conference rooms and, a new Sixth Floor space, which we'll I'll talk about, shortly.
0:11:00
And the to note these these spaces, are being designed along with those seven current tenants.
0:11:09
They've been collaborating through the entire process.
0:11:13
We, are making sure that the new spaces are are gonna meet their their needs, but and, also, they have agreed that they are gonna relocate off-site to facilitate the construction.
0:11:23
We've worked really closely to understand their needs for the relocation space, and have and have identified, multiple locations in East Harlem, that, are are viable relocation spaces.
0:11:36
So as we get closer to the construction start date, we would secure one of those spaces, for their use, during the construction.

And here's a view of some, renderings of, what's going on on this new Sixth Floor.
0:11:59
So we're adding, an addition that will include a new, new basketball court that is, it could be a multiuse space.
0:12:08
It's also gonna be able to be used for events, for larger events for community groups, as well as two new, educational greenhouses.
0:12:18
And this both the basketball court and the greenhouses, the design came through a collaboration with p s two zero six that's located, further down East 100 And Twentieth Street.
0:12:29
This is programming that they're not able to offer on-site, but they've expressed interest in.
0:12:34
And so they've been the the lead in collaborating on the design and will be, a primary user of the spaces, but these spaces are also gonna be available to others in other community organizations, to use for their programming as well.

Alright.
