So as I mentioned, you know, we there's there's substitute taking the design to make sure that the design, was inclusive of Wagner houses.

The Wagner Way was part of that, creating the North yard that isn't fenced in, is another part of that to to make sure that the I mean, the spaces are physically, you know, accessible, but it's also, you know, visually, you know, that they're not barriers.

And then we've taken that into, as I mentioned, our our communication with the Wagner, the Wagner residents, and leadership there, to ensure that they have, they know what what's coming, and that they're aware of opportunities, you know, both during construction and, going forward.

But, also, you know, we've already there's already been discussions, but some of them are interested in, programming, using some of the programmable space in the multi service center.

So and and we expect that to continue, to to grow as a collaboration as we're able to bring the spaces online.
