HPD is the applicant for this Eulerp, which was certified on 09/09/2024, and the development team working with us comprises Ascendant Neighborhood Development and the community builders.

The proposed project includes one twenty one story residential building with building with approximately 281 affordable housing units, plus one superintendent's unit to be developed under HPD's extremely low and low income affordability program known as ELLA.
