I'm Herb Regnier, executive director of BACDC, and this, development project is critical to our organization's ability to expand our services, in the areas of workforce development, after school care for, local residents, and additional benefits entitlement.

It'll be, available to residents at large.

Also partnering with us is, the BMS, which, Thomas just mentioned, and they'll be operating a federally qualified health center at which it'll ensure that health is available to, community residents regardless as their ability to pay or not.
