Since the project was previously brought before the subcommittee on January 9, we've been able to secure a number of key modifications and negotiate a community benefits agreement that prioritizes the two key issues that constituents raised throughout every step of the Euler, affordability and height.

The original proposal was for an r seven one development, two thirteen story buildings, but with no height limit and the potential to be even taller with 25% affordable units under mandatory inclusionary housing option one.
