Absolutely.

And, what we do during the summer with that thousand young people that we hire in a police department do DYCD, that partnership, we do a number of different focus groups to find out what what kind of programming that they look for.

What we did with the aviation program, when we just started on the Polo Grounds, the young people wanted that type of programming and working with Commissioner Keith Howard and his team at DYCD, we was able to get that off the ground.

So, do you find that these programming, does it deter young people from going back to the life of crime you're trying to save them from?
