The current proposal for Le Dive's sidewalk cafe includes nine tables and 18 chairs on Ludlow Street. This layout has been approved by various authorities.

- Community Board 3 approved the application with stipulations
- The sidewalk cafe would be located on Ludlow Street, with Le Dive being on the corner of Canal and Ludlow

And importantly, it was approved by community board three with stipulations.

I just wanna reiterate that because I've been involved in coops before, and this is the first coop that I've been involved in where we actually have an approval with stipulations from the community board, which, of course, is another voice in a community with lots of voices.

But it's an important voice that is often looked to, as a source of guidance, as a useful tool for raising issues, and we have stipulations with community board three in support of this application.
