Well, again, for the record, to get resource, to build a church from the ground up for churches, particularly smaller churches, is almost, I won't say impossible, it's nigh to impossible.

So these type of partnerships that have become available in the last several years where, developers are willing to partner with churches are really essential for churches to expand their footprint and really do what they need to do because outside of that, the resource to build a building.
