We had talked with Sam about hiring a local administering agent so that in addition to their opportunity to market the affordable units, they could also make efforts to market to the local community.

He you know, is happy to engage with a a queen's administering agent in order to try to really get the word out, advertise in local media and to conduct educational seminars to allow for, you know, utilization by community board twelve and local residents.

That's one of the biggest complaints, you know, throughout, not just my district, but throughout Southeast Queens is that we have beautiful developments coming up all over the place, particularly in the Downtown Jamaica core.
