Bruce Tory provides a brief testimony comparing the previous hearing's mixed-use building proposal to the current application for Le Dive's sidewalk cafe. He expresses strong opposition to the Le Dive application, citing negative impacts on neighborhood quality of life and safety.

  • Contrasts the clear benefits of the previous mixed-use building proposal with the perceived lack of benefits from Le Dive's application
  • Agrees with the previous speaker (Sandy) about the need to roll back the current situation
  • Emphasizes that approving the Le Dive application would be a "net negative" for the neighborhood

1:04:26
Sorry about that.
1:04:27
Thank you for your time this morning.

I don't think I'm able to add anything more coherent and succinct than Sandy, but I would just maybe call out I I find it quite striking to compare and contrast the subject of the previous hearing, a mixed use building of clear benefit to a neighborhood over a church with this application, which, frankly, is provides zero benefit to the neighborhood, and in fact, is a net negative to our quality of life and safety.

So, you know, thank you for your time.
1:04:58
I agree with Sandy.
1:04:59
We need to do something to roll this back, and here's, here's the first step.

Thank you for your time this morning.
