Larmont.
1:17:25
Yeah.
1:17:26
Thanks so much.
1:17:27
Yeah.
1:17:27
Thanks for your time.
1:17:28
Yeah.
1:17:29
So I'm I'm a twenty five year resident at the Lower East Side.
1:17:33
I don't live directly above Ladiv.
1:17:35
I live on Clinton Street, so I don't wanna diminish the concerns of of some of my neighbors.
1:17:41
But I do want to say I'm a big supporter of Open Streets, and I just think the Open Streets program, particularly there on Jackson Street as well as Canal, have just added so much to our community and, just created really positive street life for this neighborhood.

As far as the tables on Ludlow Street, you know, that that stretch of Ludlow is is kind of dark and and kinda blighted next to the the theater that, you know, that's basically just sitting there.
1:18:13
So I feel like tables there are a great addition to an otherwise pretty dark area in our neighborhood.
1:18:22
So I just you know, I'm I'm here to support.
1:18:25
I think I think, you know, that area and the Open Streets program in general is just very, very good, and outdoor dining is is is an amazing addition to the community.
1:18:35
You know, obviously, not to diminish any of the concerns of my neighbors over some people who may behave badly.
1:18:41
Anyway, that's yeah.
1:18:43
Thanks so much.
