On on the first part, you know, what what we would sincerely appreciate about working with health and hospitals was their ability to learn over time.
2:03:33
And they changed and they adapted and they grew.
2:03:36
And as food quality was an issue in the beginning, they changed, they found to law vendors, they listened to recommendations and they grew.
2:03:42
I think we should look at health and hospitals and the way that they approach food.
2:03:45
They only have four open herks right now and two of them are closing.
2:03:49
And look at the way that they measured and managed food quality and food waste, it is completely different than DHS and DSS, completely different night and day.
2:03:58
I believe that now there is actually because there's been more of a light on this, there is more of an opportunity and we'd be willing to partner and go after some of these bigger contracts and combine our cash flow to be able to execute them.

Over.
2:04:18
Some of our graduates work for Matt at Rethink, and we think we have a better way of doing things.
2:04:26
And I'll mention, it's a partnership that we have with Breaking Ground.
2:04:30
We meet, we discuss, we have quality control, someone goes out and looks at their sites, make sure everything is is okay.
2:04:40
There's a different way to do this.
Gale A. Brewer
2:04:42
Okay.
2:04:42
And I believe all of your sites are scratch cooking too, project renewal in general.
2:04:47
Big difference.
2:04:48
Thank you.
