So thank you councilmember for the question, councilmembers.
1:54:20
In that specific instance, what what I would say is that, you know, it takes a partnership to get to the bottom of allegations like that.
1:54:28
We would love to extend and we have extended literally dozens upon dozens of offers to form a better working relationship and meet more consistently with Doctor.
1:54:37
Crawford and the board.
1:54:39
I will say Doctor.
1:54:41
Crawford had raised, you know, a sort of issue around allegations, lack of respect in customer service, issues like that, that as my colleague Simon was describing, we do take very seriously.
1:54:54
We did have the opportunity to discuss with the principles of the management and the development companies that were working with at Stuyvesant One to quash that, to look into it and make sure that their team, if there was any truth to the allegations that were being raised, they would deal with it directly.

Chris Banks
1:55:18
would agree that this adds to the frustration, this the frustration of the tenants.
1:55:23
I mean, here you have a new developer coming in and it's taking over the property or potentially supposed to come in and rehab the property, and they're doing these type of tactics just because the residents are saying, we we we we want to stay section nine, we don't want to go rad pack?
Michael Parkinson
1:55:42
I have no reason to disbelieve any of doctor Crawford's allegations and I want to work with her and the team to make sure that we're addressing those.
1:55:50
But I do not believe that the team has any sort of tactic against, you know, folks that oppose the program.
1:55:56
It's our mission, as Simon was describing, we want to sit down with residents who are in support of or in opposition of the program to really understand what their issues and challenges are and work together to solve those problems.
