I mean we know every day that residents are living through tenant in place rehabs and that is disruptive.

Most of the by far the vast majority of the complaints we get deal with the frustration of living through an in place renovation.

And so we're always looking for ways to minimize that disruption to residents so that this program can actually be successful, not just at the end when they're in their renovated units, but during the renovation process.
