2:32:40
And I'll ask Jillian to respond specifically to some of these questions.
Gillian Connell
2:32:45
Sure.
2:32:47
We have heard that concern and the difference between the eviction rate at NYCHA properties, traditional section nine and the pack converted properties is actually very minimal.

It's less than one quarter of 1%.

2:33:01
Has, NYCHA heard concerns about the eviction rates at a particular any particular developments or, by particular property managers?
Gillian Connell
2:33:10
So the eviction rates across the various packed properties are also relatively consistent.
Chris Banks
2:33:17
Okay.
2:33:18
Is is heightened vulnerability to eviction a risk that NYCHA has communicated at resident information sessions or outreach events when discussing the potential impacts of a RAD PAC conversion?
Gillian Connell
2:33:35
Definitely residents' rights are discussed when a conversion is contemplated and particularly many of those rights relate directly to eviction prevention.
2:33:45
Specifically that includes ongoing rights for residents to recertify should there be a change to their household income or to their household composition.
2:33:56
They have right to grievance hearing.
2:33:59
So they have all of the equivalent rights.
2:34:01
We make sure that those are communicated to them prior to conversion.
