Council Member Chris Banks inquires about independent audits and physical needs assessments required for RAD applications. NYCHA officials explain the different types of assessments conducted and their availability.
- A physical needs assessment is done every five years, with the most recent one completed in 2023
- This assessment is available online and part of the capital projects tracker
- Another assessment called CNA (Capital Needs Assessment) is required for specific projects and is currently underway for the FEC project

So residents can go and look at all of the campuses for Fulton LA Chelsea and see exactly you know, what that reveals.

There's another piece called the CNA that we have to do when we get into an actual project, and that is underway.
