I'm here to show my support for anybody and everybody that wanna make sure that NYCHA stays public and NYCHA gets the real transparency it needs.

Now the issue here is that there's a lot of divide and this NYCHA this NYCHA movement, the people trying to save their housing, while at the same time, there's people that are upset at organizations that are trying their best to prevent NYCHA being being privatized.

Those are the same people that want NYCHA to be privatized.

We don't know is it a reason because they're getting they're looking for arts credit, they're looking for arts and arts and residency credits.

You know, I I tell people this right now that nature gotta be public.

Don't let the tenant leaders, tenant association presidents that are getting paid off under the table to guide you in saying that Rad Impact is good for you guys because of repairs and upgrades.

Because with the upgrades and repairs, you're up you're gonna be it's gonna be looking like Sty Town at the expense of you guys being displaced.

This is all about displacement of the the current tenants of these developments especially at Fulton, Chelsea.

And what they wanna do is replace them with the Yimbees, the open Europe for all, TransAl open plans folks, and wanna get rid of the people that's paying about a hundred dollars a month in rent.
