My name is Galiano Francois.

I live in the 40 First District in Tilden Houses Development and I'm just here to bring attention how the Tilden management there has been axing my family to redo the annual every time.

We did our annual back in November, we spoke to the housing assistant, she's she give her we give her all the documents and everything was approved we got a new lease but recently before the year this year started in December they asked us again to redo the annual.

We went down to the office saying why we need to redo the annual, something wrong with the documents we submitted.

Her statement was well I don't know the the head the head NYCHA office is just asking my our family to redo the annual again and everybody in the building.

So I didn't seek some, I just come here because I don't know what else to do with NYCHA because not the first time they were asking us to redo the annual, it's been a constant like almost every year they're doing the same thing with us.

We do the annual, the documents is accepted according to the housing assistant and then before the year ends or going into the next cycle they asked us to redo the annual again.

So I'm just coming out here to bring that attention for my family and also the residents of the Tilden development there, what's going on because that's a common occurrence.
