I'm just here to tell you a quick story.
4:37:19
My next first of all, I want I appreciate you asking all those questions and I appreciate how I noticed, you noticed they couldn't have any answers that you were looking for.
4:37:28
I appreciate that.
4:37:29
I'd like to say that I have a next door neighbor who's 84 years old.
4:37:33
She's a old very intelligent Latin woman.
4:37:35
She only speaks English I mean Spanish And, when I told her about one of these resident engagement meetings, she said she couldn't go because, you know, she's fragile and she couldn't go.
4:37:47
I told her, well, send your son.
4:37:49
This way he can represent you and be there for you.
4:37:52
When he went over there to to go to go into this meeting, they didn't let him in because his name was not on the list.
4:37:59
They didn't let anyone in unless your name was on the list.
4:38:03
I showed them my press badge.
4:38:05
That didn't get me in.
4:38:06
The only way I got in was because I am a resident of Jacob Riis housing.
4:38:11
It's obvious that RAD PAC and NYCHA are together.
4:38:15
They if you're against them, they will bully you into either deciding, yes, fine, I'll go, leave me alone, or, you know, let's continue talking about this because I don't think you see the whole thing.
4:38:29
In my opinion, what they're doing is they're selling us dreams.
4:38:32
Yeah.
4:38:33
They can fix our apartments, whatever it is.
4:38:35
Yeah.
4:38:35
It takes in a year and a half to get tiles on my floor that I'm still waiting for, but, you know, I I you know, and then it takes an hour and a half to wait on the phone during the week to get a ticket in.
4:38:48
But on a Monday, you can't even get a ticket.
4:38:50
They don't even answer the phones on Mondays.
4:38:54
The reason I'm bringing all this up is because I didn't know Rat Pack was part was coming into our lease until November and I've been living there for thirty years.
4:39:07
Okay?
4:39:07
The Tenant Association and RadPAC shouldn't be signing NDAs.
4:39:12
There's no reason for them to be signing NDAs.
4:39:15
For what I take from that is they're being paid under the table to make a decision for us and I don't get they don't have the right to make that decision for me because I have they don't even post anything.
4:39:27
I just wanted to bring that up to you guys.
