The current site at 1093-1095 Jerome Avenue contains a vacant, dilapidated two-and-a-half-story building. The proposed development will replace this with a new 11-story, 60-unit affordable housing building.
- Existing building is uninhabitable and all tenants have been vacated
- New building will offer a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments
- The project will be developed under the NCP program by HPD and has received a competitive 9% tax credit award
