The new development at 1093-1095 Jerome Avenue will be an 11-story building with just under 50,000 square feet of space. The design incorporates several setbacks and includes indoor recreational areas to compensate for the unusable backyard space.

  • Building will have multiple setbacks to fit with the neighborhood context
  • Central lobby with two recreation areas
  • Mail and package delivery facilities
  • Central elevator core for vertical circulation

It's an 11 story building, just shy of 50,000 square feet, and it'll be built under the NCP program, HPD, and a 9% tax credit award, which is a competitive award.
