What it is is basically in 02/2019, there's monies that are reimbursed back to every county of in the state of New York for community health services.
0:44:28
And New York State decided in 02/2019 to take some of that money away from New York City.
0:44:33
So that results in nine up to $90,000,000 being taken from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for community health services that affect every district.

I wanna thank the speaker for being an unwavering champion on this, and there's legislation in the state now to get that money back to us, and we've been fighting this since I've been in the council and chair of the health committee, and I urge my colleagues to please vote yes.
