Council member, look, I I appreciate your concern about the 53 footers.
1:06:21
I have to say that even even as chief climate officer, I don't do truck enforcement, so I'll have to defer to my colleagues at at NYPD and and others.
1:06:30
I will say, you know, knowing that that DEP also has has our air and noise inspectors, you know, there are types of violations that are just very difficult to enforce because they are widespread and particularly when they are moving vehicles.

I haven't asked the current commissioner, and I plan to meet with her soon.
1:07:27
But I think that comes under your purview though because they are tremendous polluters.
Rohit Aggarwala
1:07:32
Well
Robert F. Holden
1:07:33
Well, it's the air.
1:07:35
It's the air quality and they cause.
1:07:37
So I think any pressure that you can put on and say, Look, this is causing tremendous pollution.
1:07:42
Maspeth is polluted.
1:07:43
We have a high asthma rate.
1:07:45
But just if you could address the waterway issues, which I think also falls under
