I am Rit Agarwal, commissioner of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and chief climate officer for the city of New York.

I'm joined today by Julie Lubin, the deputy commissioner of environmental compliance at DEP, the bureau she oversees does the agency's air, noise, and asbestos work.

And I'm also joined by Dawn Miller, my senior adviser who has done a tremendous amount of work over a couple of years now on what has led to the indirect source rule.
