so much, madam chair, for giving me this opportunity.
2:16:14
My name is Richardson Benjamin.
2:16:16
I'm the PCA president of PS twenty eight Mount Hope on Tremont Avenue, Anthony Avenue 16 1860 1816.
2:16:28
I want this meeting because I want to say I want this bill to be passed because needles we have been seeing needles in the school for decades.
2:16:40
And this has this is something that is going on, and I'm fighting over years and years when I became the PTA president and with I have to do press conference outside the school.
2:16:51
Every morning, custodians call me to tell me they see needles, the school premises in front of the school entrance.
2:16:58
And we have three to five k students coming into the building and which is unaccepted because this case can be pricked, and they can get any infection, HIV, AIDS, or hepatitis b or anything.
2:17:13
So I would like the intro one one six eight to be one one six nine to be passed and zero six eight two to be passed so that these things will be stopped within, a public school or elementary school, vicinity or our parks because it's it's something that is causing a lot within our school and our district.
