1:05:27
Thank you.
1:05:27
Sorry.
1:05:28
Just in terms of the location that we have right now, my understanding is that Health and Hospital is still in contract is leased there.
1:05:37
Can you just confirm when does that lease expire?
1:05:40
Will Health and Hospitals have to break, that, contract in order to to close the facility, and what would that cost be as well?
1:05:52
And that that I'll conclude then.
1:05:54
Doctor Katz, I can follow-up with you offline, and thank you again.
Dr. Mitch Katz
1:05:57
Yeah.
1:05:57
I I'll have to get back.
1:05:59
I mean, I know that I mean, we we have discussed the closure of this program for several years and we, you know, we obviously while we are following the process including the state and community and so as long as we have not concluded the process, we're paying our rent and keeping the lease.
1:06:19
I at some points, you know, the assumption was that we're going to end the lease.
1:06:25
But I I don't know the exact I don't know what the termination of the lease is.
1:06:30
I know that we've been discussing this for several years.
