In addition, I would like to mention that the continued failure of Moya and Owasso to respond to the committee's inquiries in a timely manner not only deepens our concerns about this administration's competency and its commitment to transparency.

Council Finance submitted questions to the administration last year in September on We Speak NYC, followed by a separate set of follow-up questions from the legislative division in December, again, last year.
