I wanna say commissioner, you know that I respect you as a person.

But I'm sad as I sit here because in a moment where we need the strongest possible mayor's office of immigrant affairs and what I believe I know as a person that you are is not what it's showing here.

Know, being not being able to speak on the ways that we're supporting immigrant communities is not fair for those immigrant communities.

The word acrobatics being used today show this council that this office isn't isn't performing to the extent that it can be performing.

And I know that that is not a personal wish on your on your end, but we signed up for these jobs.

And we're here to put push a mission forward.

As a council, we have a mission to be the checks and balances and the fact that a lot of the questions that we've heard here today are not being answered straightforwardly in a way that we can with certainty say under the mayor's office of of immigrant affairs immigrants are being taken care of is sad.

With that being said I do have two questions that I wanted to ask you.

The first question is does Moya have a role in the plan to reimburse community based organizations that are supplementing services for asylum seekers?
