Well, first of all, I'd like to thank the council for allocating those funds which were reflected in the January update.

Jess may have or deputy commission may have more to say, but I just just want to say that it's important to assess what can be done and what can our nonprofit providers be able to take on so that they can, absorb these funds and spend down, by the end of the fiscal year.
