Today, I want to share with you my story.

I am a student in City adult learner.

In the first time when I come here, I couldn't say any word in English.

So now I have one year and four months in USA.

Now I am a student in the CITYTIC adult learner.

Also, am a volunteer in conversation club English.

And also, I was a volunteer in English Express.

I helped my teacher to translate Arabic and fresh to English for new immigrant students coming to live in USA.

In this class, we gain great information like our rights, how to residents in USA, our rights for education, health.

And also, we know how to apply for how to get your ID, library, MetroCard with high price.

And thanks to this program, we feel more confident to in my life.

It's helped me also feel more confident in my job.

I start to talk more with my customer and make a connection.

And also, I feel more confident in my education.

Two months ago, I took a test for exam, medical coding, Berlin, and I passed.

And also make more confidence in my personal life.

Before when I want to go to hospital, need someone to go with me.

Now I can do this just by myself.

And recently, we we gained many many grants to present leader leader students in New York City in conference in Dallas, like leader students for adult learner.

So now I I want to thank all all member city tech consultants, and also I want to thank and ask city council to to continue to provide double support for this program because this program is deserved and make a difference for new immigrants in USA.
