Hi.
2:55:44
Good afternoon, Casa.
2:55:46
My name is Dion Yu, and I am representing the the Fashion Business Improvement District.
2:55:53
And we're here to support this project, and we're excited this part.
2:55:58
We are excited for this project for our borrower and for our community.
2:56:03
So I I would like to make two points.
2:56:05
The first points I wanna make is that as a community in Downtown Flushing, we have survived the housing crisis and the financial crisis.
2:56:15
But by overly relying on local customers, we we we suffer in a COVID time.
2:56:22
So it's crucial that we diversify our customer base and we believe this project will finally put a Downtown Flushing on a map, especially with the location to LaGuardia Airports.
2:56:35
We are excited and we believe that what could be better project than this project to diversify and recruit more consumers to our community.
2:56:45
Now, the second point I want to make is that there are over 60,000,000 tourists who visit New York City.
2:56:51
Now, they typically use our airport as a pass through, but I believe with this project, we finally we finally have a chance to park our neighborhood on Maplewood's map.
2:57:05
So we're not greedy.
2:57:07
We just want 2% of the 60,000,000 with 1.2 visitors, I mean, to Downtown Flushing.
2:57:15
We are looking forward to this project.
2:57:17
I think this project is good for our community, good for Borough, good for New York City.
2:57:22
Thank you.
