I'm the program director of GLO Culture Center located on 40 First Avenue in Downtown Flushing.

I'm also a Queens resident for ten years of immigration experience.

Our center provides cultural awareness and our youth development programs and serving as a hub for community activity.

We aim to serve the multicultural potential population of our community, including but not limited to the underserved new immigrant, low income households, residency in Flushing and the nearby communities.

I support the Metropolitan Park plan because I have witnessed firsthand how Sonny and his team engaged with the community at our center.

They hosted one of the very first visioning sessions at our center with my proud.

Residents from different ethnic groups were invited to sit at the same table and share their visions and concerns.

I'm most impressed by the live music venue that has the potential to bring the best singers and bands to Queens, which is nearby my house.
