I think we also not I think.
1:03:46
I know that when we are out in the communities, we're always talking talking about our trainings and trying to create those opportunities, right, to to organize trainings to go back into the community and make sure that New Yorkers have the information.
1:04:03
We've also launched last year we launched a radio show that we do at the last month of of every the last Monday of every month.
1:04:11
And so we welcome, you know, opportunities to engage different speakers to come and be part of of that radio show as a, you know, as guests to talk about particular issues.
1:04:27
And also through our annual report, we ensure that New Yorkers know, right, the kind of trainings that we have done out in the communities.

1:04:34
How many people tuned in to listen to the radio show?
Annabel Palma
1:04:40
I don't have that number with me but we can
Nantasha Williams
1:04:42
we can get that with When think about government, like we do things I feel for the sake of doing it but nobody knows about it or listens to it.
1:04:49
So it's like a quite frankly a waste of our government time and resources.
1:04:53
Like I personally don't care about a radio show if no one's listening to it.
1:04:56
I mean it sounds good.
Annabel Palma
1:04:57
I I would.
1:04:58
And I
Nantasha Williams
1:04:58
know like podcasting is like super popular.
1:05:00
So if it's like podcast format, dope.
1:05:03
But like how many people are actually subscribing and listening to it because if it's only two people like it's a waste of money.
1:05:08
We we are on Spotify but we definitely could get you the numbers.
Annabel Palma
1:05:13
I will tell you that it has been exciting for us.
1:05:17
We we to be able to do, you know, to do the radio show and it's just another means of communication to New Yorkers.
1:05:25
Right?
1:05:26
And so we'll definitely get the numbers to you but it has been a success for us.
Nantasha Williams
1:05:32
Yeah I would love to understand the success by way of like metrics in terms of how many people are actually tuning into listening to it versus how much money and staff time resources that you're spending to actually do it.
Annabel Palma
1:05:47
We
Nantasha Williams
1:05:47
should I value those things.
1:05:50
I think we should like provide metrics for them to ensure a success.
1:05:57
So would you agree that if more people knew about the different trainings that you do, the very extensive anti discrimination laws we
Annabel Palma
1:06:08
have in New York City and the penalties that they may face, that it would actually prevent someone from potentially violating the law or more people coming to the agency to file a complaint.
