Linda Tigani discusses the resource needs for CORE's new office space at 22 Reed Street, including potential additional funding requirements and equipment needs.
- The new space is expected to have sufficient room to support all staff
- Additional funding will be needed for new equipment as new staff positions are filled
- One-time costs are anticipated for items like printers, scanners, and ADA-compliant furniture
- CORE is working closely with OMB to determine the actual costs of running the organization in the new space
- A year at the new location is expected to provide a clear understanding of CORE's baseline operational costs

Okay.
3:05:17
Do you feel you will need additional resources to settle into your new office, do you feel that the space is sufficient to support your full staff, and then how often is staff working in person versus remotely?
Linda Tigani
3:05:31
Sure.
3:05:32
So well, I would say actually now in the law department as well at 22 Reed Street, we have enough space to support all of our staff.
3:05:43
We also currently have enough equipment to support all of our staff.
3:05:47
We will need additional funding for new equipment as these lines come on board.
3:05:54
We believe that the new space is gonna have everything that we need.
3:05:58
However, and I I just wanna put out there that because this is a new space and we have not had a baseline budget, we are working very closely with OMB to get to a point where we know how much it actually costs to run Core.
3:06:14
We're gonna have to buy things like printers and scanners.
3:06:17
We need to make sure that the desks are ADA compliant.
3:06:21
We need to make sure that the exits are ADA compliant.
3:06:25
So we are expecting more moving costs when we go to 22.
3:06:30
However, those will be one time costs.
3:06:33
And then I anticipate that a year at 22 Reed will tell us what the baseline cost for core actually is.
