0:13:18

Matthew C. Fraser
0:13:23
Yeah.
0:13:23
For the specifics on the number of contracts, I defer to the deputy commissioner of management and budget.
Edwin Pemberton
0:13:44

0:13:49
Total value of $7,076,900,000.0 since it started.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:13:54
Since it started.
0:13:55
And do you have the projection for f y twenty twenty six of the contract value?
Edwin Pemberton
0:14:04
FY '26, '5 point '7 million dollars.

Aguirette Kebrou
0:14:18
year.
0:14:19
Mhmm.
Edwin Pemberton
0:14:19
And and it's pretty much some of them stop, you know, each fiscal year.
0:14:24
So I could get that number.
Matthew C. Fraser
0:14:25
How much
Edwin Pemberton
0:14:26
how much will actually be ongoing for
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:14:28
'20 And so just to confirm, the 78 is for f y twenty five.
Edwin Pemberton
0:14:33
Right.
Michelle Ann Blomingville
0:14:34
To confirm.
Edwin Pemberton
0:14:34
78 includes this total value of all the contracts spent for MyCity.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:14:42
Okay.
0:14:42
Up until now.
0:14:43
Okay.
0:14:44
Can you share how many vendors are currently working on the MyCity portal?
Matthew C. Fraser
0:14:55
How many vendors?
0:14:56
You mean consultants?
0:14:57
You mean number of individual companies?
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:00
Yeah.
0:15:00
Exactly.
0:15:01
Just the folks I know that at the last the last hearing that we had, I don't have the exact number, but just wanted to see, yeah, how many folks you're directly contracting with for the build out of the site?
Edwin Pemberton
0:15:11
So each each vendor is is a contract.
0:15:14
So the number I mentioned 78
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:17
Oh, those are just the vendors?
Gale Brewer
0:15:18
Okay.
Edwin Pemberton
0:15:18
Each yeah.
0:15:19
Different contract.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:21
Okay.
0:15:22
Were there any RFPs issued to select these vendors?
Edwin Pemberton
0:15:27
These these vendors are based on
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:30
Or the contracts.
0:15:30
Excuse me.
0:15:31
Your terms.
0:15:31
Were was there any RFP?
0:15:33
Was there any, like, process or public facing Most
Edwin Pemberton
0:15:36
of them, we try to do MWBEs and it's competitive.
0:15:40
Yes.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:41
Okay.
0:15:41
So all the and and, you know, I don't wanna skip the fact that, you know, you've done a a great deal working with MWBEs.
0:15:48
I think that's great.
0:15:49
So of the these MWBEs that you included in your opening testimony responded
Matthew C. Fraser
0:15:53
to
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:53
RFPs
Matthew C. Fraser
0:15:54
for Yes.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
0:15:56
That's correct.
0:15:56
And specific to my city, the same process.
0:15:59
There was an RFP that went out.
Matthew C. Fraser
0:16:01
Yes.
0:16:01
Correct.
0:16:02
So traditionally with programs like this, instead of having 78 contracts, you would have one master agreement that you would issue to a major systems integrator, and that systems integrator would bring in resources if you need it.
0:16:13
With MyCity, we shifted the approach instead of having one master systems integrator.
0:16:17
We spread the work throughout the MWB community so we could diversify the city spend while capitalizing on the talent that's in that pool.
