My name is Michelle Ann Blommenville.
1:54:52
I'm a health educator and adjunct former adjunct lecturer at NYU with forty years in the health and fitness industry, including also the health and safety department at the American Red Cross for over fifteen years.
1:55:16
I am speaking on behalf of all the everyday citizens who have been diagnosed with Havana syndrome or anomalous health incidents, some knowingly and others unknowingly, With the glaring awareness of the benefits afforded to our diplomats and counterparts, we certainly hold fast to the notion that one day we too will be recognized and compensated, and one day free from torture, pain, and invisibility.
1:55:48
Everyday people are compromised of diagnosed Havana syndrome victims who have been experimented on and illegally put on on various lists that I didn't know existed until various protocol came into place in my life and my mom's life.
1:56:20
These are distributed these lists are distributed to various companies for experimentation purposes targeting in various nefarious manners and their heinous crimes, including organized stalking, smear campaigns, noise harassment, electronic assaults from various directed energy weapons and nonconsensual experimentation socially and technologically.

1:57:07
I'd like to backtrack to the previous meeting where the police have said that the drones are not weaponized.
1:57:18
We've called the police several times, and they are even surprised when they look up in the air and see a whole host of drones up there.
1:57:33
We're asking for protocol for them to address this.
1:57:38
They are asking as well.
1:57:41
Many of these businesses have FCC licenses to experiment on their employees, coworkers, or even, or whoever is targeted through organized stalking, like a nail salon where I frequent, where they frequently write in their phones while they're giving services or accessoride drivers who speak out loud about our personal business, where are they getting that information.
1:58:21
The ultimate is remote access to our biology, which is our brain signature.
