I wanna start off by saying thank you councilman Chris Banks for noticing my development, Cypress Hills development, which needs a walk through.
2:37:15
Public safety is one of the issues that we're having right now.
2:37:18
So they was talking about the CCT cameras, right?
2:37:22
But in my development all the cameras are spray painted and taped up.
2:37:26
So that one right there is a public safety issue because none of the cameras is working.
2:37:32
So if a problem was to happen in the building or you know where the cameras is located at, you won't be able to see anything because they all spray painted and they're taped and it's been this been going on since I believe December 10.
2:37:49
What else we have?
2:37:51
Lighting is bad in the development.
2:37:54
We have no we have no playgrounds for the kids to come outside and play.
2:38:01
We have a city park, but it's a city's park.
2:38:03
It's not a NYCHA.
2:38:04
It's not a NYCHA's it's on NYCHA's ground, but it's it's owned by the city.
2:38:08
It's not like, if we come outside of our buildings, we don't have playgrounds for the kids to come.
2:38:13
There's not one playground in there for the kids to play.
2:38:16
So there's really nothing available for the kids to grow up to.
2:38:19
Like, there's nothing there.
2:38:22
And with me being a new TA president, I'm just fighting for what's right.
2:38:27
And we also have a lot of complaints with with tenants and an apartment, the maintenance work is property manager if you ask me.
2:38:39
And that's just I would just leave that there.
2:38:42
But there's a lot of work that needs to be done in my development and I will appreciate it if they do come and walk to see for they self what we go through on a daily basis.
