So, this is a proposal that is still in development, so we appreciate that there's funds allocated to allow us to proceed.

It is designed to make it easier for families to access parks and schools, make it better for us to tie new buildings to transit improvements.

But insofar as it is a proposal still in development, I can't go much further than that other than to say that we're glad that there's funds allocated in the budget, and we are actively working on shaping the proposals that will be part of this.
