I am joined at the table here by the executive director of the Department of City Planning, Edith Su Chen, as well as our chief operating officer, David Parrish.

We are very excited to be with you to discuss the Department of City Planning's preliminary budget for fiscal year 2026.

Before we discuss the budget though, I wanted to very briefly recap some of the historic accomplishments we were able to achieve during 2024 in partnership with the city council.
