That should not mean that discovery is not an issue in the felony practices, that we're doubling and tripling the number of people we're putting on these cases because these are the violent crimes.

Where you really start to see these numbers, skyrocket is in in the local criminal court where, you know, we we're saying 40% of the cases being dismissed in our in our local, criminal court is because we cannot comply with the discovery statute, which is a combination of the material, but also the short deadline.
