about CCRB.
1:31:59
So in 2023, the Legal Aid Society identified hundreds of cases where the CCRB recommended charges and specifications for the involved officers that were essentially dismissed because the the NYPD claimed that they received the cases too close to the statute of limitation limitations?
1:32:15
So I'm gonna call that SOL.
1:32:16
Right?

1:33:30
We are no longer going to be doing blanket closures and we've made that very clear to CCRB.
1:33:36
We are now going to make every effort and attempt to process discipline regardless of when it is received.
1:33:46
However, we do encourage the CCRB to continue their work to get us cases much sooner so that we are not under a sixty day or thirty day or in some cases, as we saw with the most recent batch, twenty days to process this discipline?
1:34:09
I believe I have
