Yes.

Thanks for the question, Cher.
6:05:11
This is something that we are focused on.
6:05:14
I mean in large parts it's the size of the system, the arrests and then staffing.
6:05:20
And some of the requests they ask would have more staff spread the work out and hopefully have less overtime.
6:05:29
But it is something that we're examining, we're doing assessments to see where we can operate because we don't want to have these kind of overtime costs as well.
6:05:37
But as a general matter, macro answer is, you know, with arrests up and more case and more work, we're doing the same amount of work with the staff and at least overtime.
6:05:49
And hopefully, you know, with more more more staff, we hope we can we can do that.
6:05:56
But we are going through and and doing an assessment.

And historically, the actual overtime spending for the New York DA's office has has surpassed $3,000,000.
6:06:10
So I'm just wondering also just to, you know, in terms of the $8,482,904 dollar allocation, why was it that at the adoption?
Alvin Bragg
6:06:21
I'm I'm I'm sorry.
6:06:22
Can you repeat the question?
6:06:23
I'm sorry, mister
