When this council passed the bill that empowered the c CCRB to investigate racial profiling and bias based policing, it agreed to fund the creation of dedicated team to conduct this investigation.

In December, the first case of this this nature was tried by our first by the administrative prosecution by our assistant, administrative prosecution unit to continue to do this work and rise the responsibility entrusted in us by the council and the people of New York.
