You know, we can all talk about crime going down in certain index, but when you're standing in CVS and someone walks in with a knapsack and fills up that knapsack and walks out and you're still standing to pay your bill after you had to call the person to get the shampoo from behind the glass door, to you crime's at 100% because that's what you're seeing.

And that's what you're experiencing.

So we've worked very closely with the NYPD on what's called a trespass affidavit program.

It has been very successful.

About 1,400 trespass affidavits were given.

Only about 50 people returned to that store.

And it says you no longer have the privilege of being here.

And it's worked, you know, 1,300 and something times.
