I just wanna recognize that next Wednesday, a week from today, is Saint Joseph's Day, a day of significance for many Italian Americans as well as, many Christians around the city.

And I just wanna wish a bona festa happy Saint Joseph on behalf of the Italian caucus here in the council to everyone here, and to all the, Joes and Josephines and others around the city.

And, also, just wanted to report on the annual Saint Joseph's Day pastry contest.

We had guest judge Lydia Bastianich with us today in the rotunda judging the pastry.

And we have the winner of the custard section, piece of cake, from New Dorp in my district, and then we had a tie for the winners of the cannoli section to Tokaucho from Whitestone and Latore from Howard Beach.
